Skill Development

We want to kids to develop their fitness and football skills to help them achieve their best in playing junior football to the level they want to play at. Our patient and experienced coaches enjoy helping all kids of all abilities improve in their fitness and game.

Game time is important to reinforce new skills and if you child spends a lot of time sitting on the bench waiting to get in the game, they aren't developing their game.

Here at the Saints, we work on building up kids confidence, making sure they are respected and supported.  We want kids to develop resilience and play fair and we model this to the kids. It doesn't matter if you win or lose. We have a reputation in the competition of being a great club to play against, and importantly play at! We give everyone a fair go and we make sure everyone gets game time every game.

We provide all kids a supportive and caring environment to have fun and learn the game. We're proud to be a club for all kids, all abilities and talents. No one is left behind and everyone is part of the team.  We want everyone to enjoy the game, they don't have to be an AFL player in the making, but we'd support that too!

Because we don't over allocate kids to our teams we don't leave anyone one the bench. Everyone is important to the SAINTS success. We are a team!
